Diaper Swappers

We are a group of parents that chat and support each other.
We have been at this for a while so some of us are out of the diapering stage.
...some were out and are back in again.
Every once in a while we actually get to answer a diaper question or two in here.
If you are looking for a very diverse and open group come on over and chat.

It wasn't good food. It was McD's....and he got me a BigMac. I cant stand them. So much so that I tossed it in the bin. I couldn't eat it.

I was stood there when the train arrived and I put my hand in the doorway to try and make them wait but they wouldn't. I called Heiner and told him to hurry, that the train was here and about to leave....and he tells the server that he needs the food because his train is there.

I was thankfully happy on my pills or I'd have killed him. I mean any other person would have run as fast as they could and left the food. If he'd have done that we would have gotten our train. We would have been in in Paris at 9:30am.

Instead we had to go and get our ticket changed (which was a miracle in itself....they really didn't have to do that. We had no ticket insurance. They would have been well within their rights to say tough luck. You were late. End-of!) and then wait for 2.5 hours in Mannheim till the next train arrived.

We didn't get there until 12:50pm....and had to leave at 7pm.

The journey back was a bit messed up too. The train from Mannheim was held up (for people from Berlin....there connection trains were help up to their next trains too. 3 other trains were help up for them) for people to catch their connection. We had to wait 45 minutes for the next train when we got to Karlsruhe. The very last train to Rastatt.

If it helps at all, tubes are great and they really do help a lot. Fynn is great with his and Derry and Cami were too.

Morning. Sorry the trip had issues Janine but on FB I see you got to see your family.

I am up. Need to get moving. I did focus enough last night tovpack my lunch before bed. I fellow asleep at 6:30 on the couch and was sorta toast the rest of the night.

Now I'm having a fibro flare up. (is that what it's called? I'm new at this) and can barely move. I'm lying in bed.

It has to be said though....we'll never go to Paris again. The people are rude (I actually got shoved so violently that I very nearly fell in the subway. If it wasn't for my sister and Heiner grabbing me I would have fallen) and it's really dirty and messy there.

In the UK...her MIL gave them a week in a little one-room apartment in Paris as a Christmas present. Someone her MIL knows owns it and rents it out on a weekly basis.
