Hi, the blue owls on a line and the penguins... Are they PUL fabrics. (Sorry, I'm new to this so tripping my way through posts to understand listings)! Love those two... Would I need to buy the full yardage of them or could I get 1/2 yards (if avail)? Thank you!

owls on a line is PUL and the penguins are suedecloth, I would like to keep the PUL uncut unless there is at least 2 yards

Ok, got it. And so when working w/ suedecloth, it requires a waterproof liner right? (I'm new to sewing covers. I've made wool soakers and basic diapers but nothing more).
