I'm having a buffalo chicken and sweet potato skillet... thing, and roasted Brussels sprouts. The boys are having grilled cheese and raw veggies.

Re: Whats for dinner
dh is out of town and I'm having an egg salad sandwich and the kids are having leftover "puffins" (pancakes made in a mini muffin pan that they dip in syrup) and we're all having cantaloupe and watermelon even though they are so out of season and have almost no taste.

Re: Whats for dinner
Leftover chili with cornbread, cheese, and avocado. It's always better the 2nd day so I'm looking forward to it! My kids will have theirs over rice.

Re: Whats for dinner
Last night we had buttered ravioli, beef goulash with spinach salad and toasted bread on the side. Looks heavy, right? But the whole family, including extended ones enjoyed the meal. We even have leftovers for the day.
