Can you use any inserts in the flip diapers or does it have to be the flip inserts??

You can use any flat, prefold or fitted under a flip cover as long as it covers well.

You can use whatever you like as long as it fits! Flats, prefolds, hemp inserts etc.

My favorite is Thirsities hemp inserts, Joeybuns hemp inserts and ALVA bamboo inserts. All are very trim!
