I am shocked at how quickly stuff builds up!

Wow, I have been off the purging bandwagon for around 2 months due to other stuff going on and today I decided to get back into before christmas, I thought it would be easy because I did so much before but it's not!!

It feels like I am right back to the beginning again. We have had a lot of good friends who are decluttering before christmas also and have been dropping off toys and books for the kids which is lovely but it's also a bit frustrating.
Oh well back to it, at least it feels good to be making progress again.

I know that feeling, I have been working on it since March and the other day I went to my mom's and came back with probably 5 bags of stuff she gave my kids...some of which I did not want and she had given them while she was watching downfall is books and movies. The house is pretty basic but we have probably 2,000 books and 450 movies.....and I have already purged

Freecycle! I love freecycle for this, I do some casual nanny work for an extremely well off family with older kids, and sometimes get given stuff that we really just won't use or won't fit in our much-much-smaller-than-theirs house.

I don't have to take it but sometimes I think "oh yeah, we'll use that/kids will love that' and by the time I've driven home, I've changed my mind. Freecycle then benefits
