*Added Pics*DD might be allergic to Wool!

We've been desperately trying to figure out since Friday what's going on with DD.

On Friday, just so happens the day we got our K&F collab from my Avi, DD got TERRIBLE hives all over her body.

They were on her legs, chest, back and face.

We thought they might have been from either the wool, shorties and Waldorf doll, &or some environmental allergies.

Saturday she didn't wear any wool but played with Blossom, her Waldorf, all day and had them all over her chest, back and face again. She freaked out and it was just a REALLY REALLY horrible day.

So Saturday night I hid the shorties and her new Waldorf and yesterday NOTHING. No hives no freak outs nothing.

Now I'm worried that it's the doll or that she is a little allergic but because it's allergy season they are worsened at this time.

My thing is she has worn wool before with no problems at all so I just don't get it.

But the shorties and the doll have been the ONLY new things since this happened.

Any guesses??

I'm going to give her back the doll today and see what happens, and wear the shorties.

Fingers crossed we get no reactions.

I forgot I took pics of the spots on Saturday so here's what it looks like:

On her face her cheeks get red and it like one big one with a bunch of bumps

There are little raised bumps in the red spots.

Thanks mama.

She just loves the doll so much too.

We also have another one on custom order right now.

I gave her back her doll, she was so happy to see her, and she's wearing the shorties.

The shorties are made from Zenstring.

The rash and bumps appear under her clothes so she's not having skin contact with it, at least the ones on her chest. She got them on her legs Friday when she wore the shorties though.

Could you maybe try giving her the doll today but not wearing the shorties and then tomorrow put the shorties on her and take the doll away? That way maybe you could tell which one is causing the problem.

Does it itch? I think hives itch but not totally sure on that....

I don't know if it itches but I've never seen her itch herself any other time either.

But I do know she's in obvious pain when she gets them she screams and freaks out and doesn't want to be touched.

Coming from a mama that has a super sensitive guy (that's 5 now)...he battles with hives and various rashes all the time...aka allergic to the world. Those definitely look like hives. You have an allergic reaction with different looking rashes too. And if they bother her, by itching, then they are def hives. They could be caused by something other than the wool tho. She has been wearing wool for a long time and not gotten hives before right? I would look at other possible causes too (it is like hunting for a needle in a haystack sometimes). Good luck girl and I hope it isn't wool or have anything to do with the dolly.
