Christmas gifts for preschool teachers

Looking for a bit of advice on who to give gifts to (and what I should give, if you have any ideas!)


Dd is in a 5 day preschool. The preschool is split between two rooms. There are two teachers in each room, one helper that is there daily, and one helper that is there maybe once or twice a week. But, with the way her preschool is run, she actually spends just as much time with the other room's teachers as her own. Her own teachers basically do welcoming and leaving circle, then the teachers have different stations and the kids switch back and forth. So, while one day, she may actually be with her teachers all day, she may be with the other teachers for most of the next day. The other room's teachers were also her main teachers last year, so she's as close to them as she is her teachers this year. So do I give all four teachers a gift? I'd also like to give the daily helper a gift, because she's literally always there and my daughter really seems to enjoy her. So, 3 gifts or 5???


Any gift suggestions are appreciated. I'm hoping to not spend more than $10 per person. I was thinking maybe homemade hot chocolate mix or a cookie mix in a jar?

I had a situation like this when ds was in daycare. I gave the whole group of teachers a fruit basket from edible arrangements.

I would totally do the cookie mix in a jar. easy and cheap and you can make a bunch
