Doctor said Sadie has tonsillitis. Stopped to get ice cream and then we will go pick up meds, soup, and yogurt drinks before we go home.

Poor Sadie. That has to hurt. Ginger's tonsils are big today too.

Janine, I am learning to hide things. Seriously. DH found a tin of chocolate-covered toffee in one of my hiding spots the other day, and was like WTH? I said that's for me. Yesterday he brought me a whole pound of it. Just praying he doesn't find where I hide the Hawaiian rolls. They are awesome for food bribery here, and great for packed lunches, but if I had them out where everyone could see them, they would eat them all in one sitting.

It was in the fridge. I suggested we have it for dessert and then had to answer a couple of messages. As I finished and asked where my rice pudding was I got told "You'll have to make more"

Seriously, I am not impressed!

See, I would have dished one up for me and hid it back in the fridge behind something. It is brutal, you have to fend for yourself!

MH is napping. My books are shelved. Waiting on my principal to work on a project with her.

Re: Basically it's Wednesday

So Rosie ordered a Bennett dog doll from American Girl with her own money. I see a big AG package on the doorstep, think, wow that's a big box for a little dog for a 18" doll. Then I go to the mailbox, and there is a little box from AG, presumably the dog. If I had not checked the mailbox, Rosie would have opened the big box that nobody told me was being sent. And I have no idea if it's for Rosie's bday next week, or Xmas, and if there is only one thing in there or who is it for. If only one girl gets something, it could be WW3. And I won't be able to open it until tonight without causing suspicion or risk of discovery. Seriously people, a heads up would have been nice. Ugh.

Oh for crying out loud. They sent me somebody else's order. The packing list says it's for someone in TN, not even close. IDK how they got the wrong label on the box since I have my order too. OMG, can you imagine if the kids opened this up, thinking it was the dog, then saw all these doll things, then found out they weren't for them and we need to send them back? Jebus.

Re: Basically it's Wednesday

Cheryl, I am sure that is the doll meant for my kids, feel free to send it here
Back from my first day of WORK I think it will be good, and it seemed like everyone except the principal was pretty sure that they could keep me busy. I am a little uncomfortable with the fact that I am supposed to pretend that I am not doing what I am doing, and Bella doesn't even know what I am doing. Mostly I stand around in case someone tries to touch the little girl, which triggers her bite reflex. And perhaps quite a bit of redirection. Oh and I am a HALLWAY MONITOR. Unfortunately no sash is provided.
I got home and started messing around with my new phone which seems cool although I can't get the DS app to post. None of the buttons to reply that my old phone or apple products had. But, it does have an app called Slacker radio that I *may* even like better than Pandora, because if I like a song I press a little heart sign and it saves the song to my playlist
