I have a muscle cramp in my shoulder/neck from all the work yesterday. My right forearm hurts too. Not the whole arm, it's one spot and only when I put pressure on it. That started at work though. The shoulder/neck pain didn't start properly till today.

It IS a lot of cookies. But I will get that many back, which is good too. I just am not sure if I have everything I need.

Hola mamacitas. I went back to the Kmart at 1pm and there was no line in the layaway. It actually took longer for them to find the one male working at the store to help me put it in my car. It is now stowed in the garage under a shower curtain. Very subtle I know.

Mel, IDK if it is the same in canada, but recently in the US they changed the big sugar bags from 5lbs to 4lbs. So I am always short on sugar when it's time to do a lot of baking because I have 20% less sugar than I think I have. I've learned to keep a lot of shortening on hand tho so I can always make snickerdoodles. It's the sugar and the eggs that get me.

Well, I have enough of everything except brown sugar. Sigh. Off to the store I go.

that happened to me too this year. well i had some brown sugar, but it was a brick. so i just bought new.

hope your soreness goes away janine. thats no fun.

i am uber overwhelmed. too much going on. and i havent wrapped and mailed the gifts that need to go to tx yet. ugh. i need an elf or a fairy.

I got half way through the second mitten to discover I'd landed in a massive block of solid blue....well you know me. I cant have to obviously mismatched items. I've had to frog it back so I can start again from the other end of the yarn. Solid blue beginning of a mitten isn't as bad.

But now I'm running a bath (I have some Anica bath salts) and I've taken a good concoction of pain meds so hopefully my shoulder pain will ease up soon.

I have stuff to be sent out too. Not Christmas presents though. I need to send Kari the longies and Jen the hats. I have all the stuff collected up but keep getting busy and forgetting to put them in boxes and addressed ready to go.

I have my wrapping paper and most of the presents....but haven't gotten started on that either. Usually we do it on Christmas eve because of storage. Wrapping paper tears so easily. It'd be a shame to wrap it all and then it to be wreaked sitting in a cupboard.
