My 4yr has autism and for the pass year he always wants to be naked. I wasnt to worried about I have all boys but now Im dating a man with 3 girls. My older kids have friends over and I warn all parents that at some point my son will run through the house naked but I have been able to get him in boxers most of the time. After potty he books it running through house swinging his undies and get dressed in the living room. I have made great progess on him keeping the boxers on but its still very hard. and with winter here its chilly. There 1 shirt hell put on every now and then...but only that 1 and hell wear it for a hr or 2. How can I get him to stay dressed??

I've had this trouble...too tired and worn out to offer advise right now, just sympathy since no one else has responded. So hard when kids don't make "connections"....do this for this reward or this and there will be this consequence. Takes lots of time an patience!

Overalls backwards, footie pjs with no feet backwards for a while. I work in a local autism school and a lot of kids there had that kind of clothing.

Any chance he would like compression clothing?


Under armor is a good choice or target has some kids workout clothes that are tight.
