Basically it's Friday...(Only 4 days to go!)
![]() We are a group of parents that chat and support each other. We have been at this for a while so some of us are out of the diapering stage. ...some were out and are back in again. Every once in a while we actually get to answer a diaper question or two in here. If you are looking for a very diverse and open group come on over and chat.

Re: Basically it's Friday...(Only 4 days to go!)
Morning everyone!
Busy busy morning here. Cleaning and getting stuff done. The chimney sweep came this morning so I tidied up the outside hallway/staircase/coats/shoes/bags. I've tidied up the bathroom again, vacuumed through the flat and steamed the bathroom and hall floor. I steamed the sofa too. All drips and chocolate smears are gone. I still need to vacuum the kitchen and then steam the floor in there too. And then finish cleaning the bathroom. Oh and wrap the last of the presents too. I'm working today too

This waking at 3 am is for the birds. Part of it is I know the house is a mess and it is bugging me. I may get up in a bit and just remedy that.
Jerry is starting to get his Cobell Settlement money http://www.indiantrust.com/ So we were busy last night running a few errands and I was too tired to do anything when we got home.

![]() I am off to work in a few. Hope my kids are at least somewhat cooperative today. I know it is going to be bit wild and busy. After work I am going to get my hair cut and coloured. E has another TKD belt test tonight, but I am going to miss it. I hope Ru takes some pictures. Off I go!

I cant wait for the break. every day ian asks why he cant go to school every day, why i cant "work" until 6pm like many of his friends. sigh. and i cant tell him because to do that would cost as much as our mortgage payment. prek is so stupidly expensive here. maybe over the break that cycle will die and he will ask something else every day.

Re: Basically it's Friday...(Only 4 days to go!)
I am trying to warm up. Still frozen solid from the escapades last night. Being outside for an hour or so in -0 temps dressed in jeans, a hoodie and a vest was a bit chilly
and slightly dumb. But I was hanging out and DH ran in to tell me that the stud colt broke the fence, was in with an open mare, and that there was nothing stopping them from running away. DH is a little bit afraid of horses so I was up and running, lucky that I remembered to put the extra clothes on! He was decidedly underplaying the urgency. Several thousands of dollars in horses free range and us with no way to go after them in the snow, plus the possibility of an impregnated horse that would have had a baby in the winter Anywho. I need to pack for the girls and I, pick up a little bit, and get Lydia to her grandma's house before i go to work. Then I will pick her up, run home and hopefully get everything packed and ready to go. We are picking the girls up from school to go to SF
