sorry katie! that is a real bummer. i hope it's just a late bfp...but i also know that feeling of being pretty sure it's over. xo.

afm: 6dpo. just started day one of the whole30...at least a diet change will hopefully give me something else to obsess about.

Good luck Carissa! Hopefully it happens right away for you this time.

Becky, I'm doing Whole 30 too! I'm hoping that my block to getting/staying pregnant is that my diet is crap. Last time I started dieting after DS1, I got pregnant 2 weeks in so hoping that magic happens again.

Thanks It did go fairly smoothly. They needed to give me more meds halfway through the retrieval, but the doctor & nurses were really nice. Now I'm just sleepy from the anesthesia, but they got 14 eggs. I'll get a call tomorrow w/ the fertilization report, then transfer next week.

GL, Carissa!

Yay, Carrie! That sounds promising

Becky, can you move me to Waiting to O, please? CD 1 today. Bummed but not surprised. I think I'll call the MW's office tomorrow and ask to get my progesterone checked after o this time. I'm afraid it's low last time. If it's not, then at least I won't be worrying there's something I could be doing, yk?

I did the whole30 last fall. For me it was way to restrictive for it to be a sustainable way of eating for me. I really didn't lose anything either. I just started Trim Healthy Mama and I am LOVING it! I am not deprived, I can eat out of all the food groups and everything is quick and easy. Anyhoo, I hope you have much better success than I did on the whole30. It's good to have a distraction

i dunno, i think for me my main obstacles are that i am VERY good at making excuses and letting myself indulge and over indulge. if i'm following something super strict, there are no margins for flexibility...which is where i tend to go overboard...and then feel sluggish and guilty and dont follow my exercise regime well.

anyway, thanks for the advice. ive gotten a lot of discouraging comments from people...trying to just overlook them.

so yah, new thread tomorrow. i was mistaken.
