Thanks for the tip I'm totally not tempted by soda. I've been working hard to wean myself from it. I almost never even want it anymore. I really want to go eat lunch, though. It's sitting on the table because the kids won't clean it up. I'm having a hard time making meals for everyone else and not eating them. Oh well, it's only a couple of days, right?

I will upload today's video In a little bit. Right now I'm on the stationary bike

I weighed in this morning at 197.6! and I feel great! We'll see how I feel in a week LOL!

ETA: The Lecithin granules go really well with a bagel and cream cheese (I know, I'm not supposed to eat dairy, but no one else is going to eat this stuff, so I'm going to limit dairy to once a day until it's gone).
