I was scared too. But I'm not diabetic or anything, so I figured it wouldn't kill me for just 3 days. The first day was hard. If you check out my videos I totally cheated the first day because I got a headache. Not sure if it was just eating apples or lack of caffeine. But after that I was fine and by the morning of day 4 I felt really good. I hadn't realized how bloated I was until it went away after the cleanse.

Hi mama! I've read your thread and only watched your last post, but just wanted to say you are spot on. Weight loss is very much a mental thing!

And great job working at letting go of anger. Someone once said that resentment is like taking poison and waiting for the other person to die.
