Re: At my wits end with sleep issues...

I haven't had your experience, as if our son wakes up, we let him come sleep with us (he sleeps like a rock and doesn't move at all to wake us though). Just out of curiosity, what kind of bed is he sleeping in? Because when my daughter was 3, we switched her from her toddler bed to a twin bed with comfy mattress, and she has slept through the night for the most part ever since.

He has been in a twin bed for at least 6 months, possibly a little longer.

Now, two nights in a row we have let him in the bed with us and he peed our bed. Last night he peed on his floor. I snuck a pull up under her underwear tonight [he won't put it on himself, says he "isn't a baby" ... we didn't night train him, he did it all himself. We didn't push it. He went a good 2 months holding his pee all night... so I don't really know what to think about that whole thing. :/

How about putting a sleeping bag or mattress on your bedroom floor for him. He would still be close to mom and dad but not kicking you in the face all night. At three, he will understand "you can be in our room but you must sleep on the floor. Otherwise you will have to stay in your room."

Maybe? Good luck. Sleep issues suck.
