Hi - Not sure these fit what you are looking for as none of these are "leakproof" bc they do not have PUL that I can tell, these are more for when your little one is ready to potty train and they might catch a little getting you to the potty in time. The Little Beetles are organic velour, the blueberry is a nice mink/velour something material, the gerbers, hanes and thomas the train ones are just cotton undies

I am interested in the blueberry and the gerber 3T. Are the gerbers the ones with the plastic cover or the thicker - not water proof ones?

The Gerber ones are the plain cotton ones.
The 24 month size are like a 2 layer of cotton and then a little more around the "catch" area.
The 3T have like a little more stretch on the side, with a waffle texture on the sides.
Both are pretty "light" - meaning they are def thicker than regular undies but they are not as thick as say an imse or a blueberry.
