Items not received?
I ordered something from a well known wahm mom during her Black Friday sale. This seller is known for taking a while to make her products and ship them. However it's been a month and nothing. I sent her an email before Christmas asking for an update and didn't get an answer. I paid with my card, not through PayPal, what can I do?

I would contact her again politely but firmly requesting shipping info. Where did you buy it? Like through her own site? You could still report it to your card I believe.

Thanks, I did purchase through her site. I will email her again and see. I just don't want to be overly pushy. Like I sai harsh notorious for taking forever and she does ship. It's just frustrating. She does sale after sale then takes forever to get supposed in stock items to you. I only ordered it because it was a good deal and I needed more. Lesson learned I guess. How do I do a charge back? Just contact the company?

Yeah just call the cc company with the transaction # if you have it. If not just as much info as you can (the name it was charged to, date, amount, etc) and they should be able to take care of it. Just say you ordered something over a month ago and haven't heard or seen anything. I'm not sure what will happen as I've never done this just called about lost cards but they can at least point you in the right direction if nothing else in how to handle it.
I would definitely email her again and give her a few days, though. Maybe wait until the new year (if you are feeling nice) before getting the cc company involved. Sorry this is happening. I'd be super bummed too.
