Counting money, place value, skip counting (mostly 10's and 5's), counting to 100, simple addition (so far just +0, +1, +2). We use Math U See and it also has her doing probs like this:

__ + 2 = 6. Find the blank.

We followed along with the scope and sequence for MUS Primer so that we'd be ready to start Alpha this year.

We also talked about money and time and added in some subtraction since she was having so much fun with math.

I'm not homeschooling, but I have a math degree and have taught a fair bit of math. Beyond counting and general number sense, fractions is the concept that students have the most difficulty with and an early introduction makes all the difference. Simple visual examples using pizza or something that is cut into parts is a great way to help kids 'get' the idea. It can also be fun to get out the measuring cups and comparing fractions using water or rice.
