Diaper Swappers

Hi this is my first Time on the chat section and I don't know where to put my question but if you can help would love it... Ok so I am a first time mom and my DS is 3 1/2 months and he seems to be acting like he is teething... He has been drooling like crazy since 2 months but now he is chewing on his fists and sticking everything in his mouth and chewing on them. Last night he was crying so much I felt so bad and he had a diaper change and a boob and it didn't seem like gas pain .. So I guess my 2 questions are does this sound like teething and if so what natural ideas do you have to help relieve of comfort him .. Thank so much

That sounds like it could be a lot of things. Are his guns swollen?
