I'm new here!

Hey ladies! My name is Beverly. I have an 18 month old and a 6 week old. Due to having two babies back to back, I am not my normal size and I'm feeling pretty down about it. I don't know where do go from here. I try to eat healthy but my DH always brings junk into the house! I just don't know HOW to lose weight. I need to start working out but that is hard to do with 2 little ones and a house to take care of. How do yall do it? I need tips & advice. What should I cut down on? What should I eat more of? I have at least 25 pounds to lose but would love to lose 30-35. Oh and btw, I am BFing and plan to for at least a year so I know I shouldn't cut down on calories, right? TIA!

Make small changes, one at a time. If you are a soda drinker start by cutting that out. Slowly making small changes will be much easier to maintain. Good luck!

Cardio when they sleep. 18 month should be able toplay a bit ny him or herself.....do like light bathroom.... throw in laundry. If you went to college think of it that way.

Sign up for my fitness pal. Shoot for about 2000 calories a day depending on how much you want to loose. Remember to add about 500 calories for breatfeeding. Eat small meals about 300ish calories every few hours. myfitnesspal.com

I diet and cut calories and have been nursing for 9 months now. I am a gainer while nursing so have to diet. My last 2 were only 15 mos apart so I hear ya. I eat lots of veggies with lean meat at night only. I cut out sugar, most breads, and go low fat.
