I have 1 cookbook! It's my Grandmas Eastern Star cookbook, it was a gift. I just use Google. If the Internet went down my family would probably eat Mac and cheese!

Can't vote from my phone? I probably have 30 or so. I have purge at least that many in the past few years. I love cookbooks and get them from the library all the time. With the ease of looking up recipes on my phone nowadays I don't use cookbooks as much tho.

I use plain water and a mix of organic rye, whole wheat, and all purpose flour. During the start up I make sure it is organic flour and filtered water. At first I feed it once a day. On like day 3 or 4 I start feeding it twice a day. Each time I feed it I reduce the amount in the container back to the original amount. All my instructions said to feed once a day. I would lose my starter on days 3 or 4, never fail. Then I read a leaflet saying I might need to feed twice daily. Problem solved.

I think like 30+ of my books are bread books.

Re: POLL:How many cookbooks do you have?

I have 1 and it is a binder of the collection I have put together. I do not have room to store misc books so if I see a cookbook at a yard sale that I may like I buy it, go through it and either photocopy or tear out the pages I'd like and then give away the book. I usually print most of my recipes off of the internet anyways.

Keep your books. I would have had a hard time biting my tongue not to tell the IL if I needed to purge the living room maybe they should be what leaves
