Hubby got me a detox tea that i started yesterday and I am upping my intake of dark green veggies and chia to help with the detox. Weigh in 174.2

Start weight 176, total loss -1.8

Not bad for 3 days of being serious! I didn't end up finishing logging my food yesterday because my head was hurting so bad feeling better today though and I really should go for a walk since i haven't exercised all week. Overall I'm really happy with my first weigh-in!

I started ay 210 and am down to 208. Yay. It's all about tracking every single bite for me.

I gained a pound so definately paid for it. I hate when DH has those snacks in the house.

Awesome weightloss everyone!

Kimmie...the weight gain doesn't count when you know you are bloated. You will see it drop right off again.

I am going to weigh on Sundays (fridays I am normally at work at 5:30 - too early!)

I am drinking a ton of water to get rid of it. I know it is bloat.

Ugh, got on the scale this morning and was 2.6 pounds heavier than last week! Not close to my period, either. Even though I stayed under calories yesterday, I'm sure it was the soda, the alcohol, etc.

New - Mamatoclaire: starting: 175, goal:140, current: 147 -28

So happy with this week! I was surprised at an almost 2 lb loss, cause I feel like a slacker this week. I'm setting a new goal of 140! I have 6 weeks until we can start TTC, so hoping I can hit it by then
