Alright, my pooping plan didn't work. I guess I took in more coffee than I pooped out! So I'm going with my early morning weigh in as my official loss.

Psychomom~Goal: 40 lbs Lost: 2.6 lb Total: 4.2 lbs

Keep in mind that I didn't post a loss last week, so that's not 2.6 lbs in a week, it's 2.6 pounds in two weeks and 4.2 lbs in a month, not even half of what my goal is.

Good news is, I'm only 0.8 pounds away from the next set of "10s" on my scale, a number I haven't seen in a few years!! Hoping to hit that by next week, but it's a period week for me.

Ok here we are again.

Old: Mac & Cheeses mom: starting 244, goal: 140, current: 226 -18

New: Mac & Cheeses mom: starting 244, goal: 140, current: 223.1 -20.9

I'm 1.1 lbs from my mini goal and I couldn't be happier!

Down .4 this week. Not thrilled, but I did cheat mid-week with Mexican food so I'm not surprised. Anyways, a loss is a loss, right?

I was 130.8 yesterday and then ate cheesey bread last night for dinner with chips. I should not have the night before weigh in...LOL! Gotta drink a ton of water and try to poop this stuff out today....LOL!

Great loss and Congrats for being at the next set of 10s!!! I was also hoping to poop out my weight today. Didn't work for me either.

I had a loss of 1.2 this week and I am really happy with that as I had a minor chocolate setback on cd1 of my period and then had a birthday dinner for my nephew at Red Robin. I had a veggie burger w/tomato onion and lettuce, ketchup and 1/2 order of swt pot fries. No cake, yay me. Finishing up ds's cake for his party tonight and I plan on skipping that too. This loss will help with my willpower for sure

Great job!!! My DH is dying to go to Red Robin. At least I know they have a veggie burger.
