Totally forgot to weigh in

Also forgot about the no fast food thing and remembered in the middle of a filet ofish last night. Dh brought home mcd and i just thought, oh I'm eating clean starting tomorrow. I can pig out bow. Totally forgot about the no fast food agreement. Big fail corinne. Started eating clean again today though

I weighed in at 169.8 so down .2 lbs lol. I have been working out so I am focusing on that more than numbers!

Great mind set. I don't always lose weight and when I stall for a few weeks I end up losing inches.

Forgot to weigh in! Feel like I have been drinking my well dry!! Average 120 oz of water daily for the last 4 days! Didn't buy any soda this week. Yay!
