Re: The 25lb Challenge January thread
I just got back from my workout. It was a killer partner workout.
I am nervous about how many calories to count for exercising. I used to do WW and they used to say you earn 1 point for every 100 calories burned. If I add my info to my WW app then it says I earned 6.5 points which roughly translates to 650 calories burned. I believe I did that today. When I did Insanity, I burned 800-900 calories a workout according to my heart rate monitor. I always low ball though, so I'll count today's workout at 500 calories instead of 650, but I still worry that it's too much. Thoughts? And just because I'm proud, here was today's workout: Warmup: 800 meter run, stretch 800m run together Partner work, so 1 person does reps and the other holds a plank and they switch when they need to: 100 total reps bent row shoulder extension 100 total reps cowboy/girl situps 800m run together 100 total reps situps while throwing exercise ball against wall and catching (partner holds plank like before) 100 total reps ?? 800m run together 100 total reps ?? 100 total reps burpee/mat jumps 800m run together Okay, I can't remember what the ?? ones are! Man! I have mat burns on my elbows/lower arms from planking! My partner and I finished in 46 minutes, I think we were the last ones done but we got it done! Off to work now. (Well, shower first. I smell pretty raunchy!)

Re: The 25lb Challenge January thread
Hi ladies. I'd love to join. I really need some accountability. I'm doing MFP, cardio, and weights with a trainer. My DH loves to eat and I like to pretend I can do the same (doesn't work)! I will weigh in on Fridays if that's what everyone does. I weighed today: 147. Would love to be down to 130.

Re: The 25lb Challenge January thread
Being sick really kills my motivation. I was doing to great getting my exercise in, but then got sick and didn't work out for 2 days, and now I'm feeling beyond lazy!!!
I LOVE sparking soda and Costco was out except for the flavored kind (ew) so now it's basic water....booo!!!! I wonder if DH will buy me a soda stream thingy? I found my iPhone!!! I have the hardest time ever exercising without music!!!
