Great news - im down to 206.6! Last time i weighed i was 210! Hopefully it lasts!

Not my best day because of my son's soccer tournament. We went to his first game and then out to breakfast (egg whites and potatos) and then to his second game. By the time we got home and I squeezed in a run I was negative calories. Making up some of those tonight but I need to be more conscious.

Sounds like everyone had a great Sunday.

We went out to dinner for my mom's birthday tonight. It was a family style local restaurant and the food was wonderful. I was able to use self control and taste everything but not over-eat!! That just proves I can do it!

Checking in- I've done pretty good so far with making smart choices with food. The only sugar I've had is the little bit in my coffee creamer. It's starting to get easier saying no to my sweet cravings. Today is day 5 of p90x. I'm still very sore from being out of shape. I plan on weighing in on Tuesday.

Thanks for the congrats! We had fun, and I'm only a little in the red.

I need to start working out, I've been so lazy. I just need to get in a better routine. I'm so not a morning person and waste the time I ought to use to get my workout in.

Great job. I have a few things with sugar. But mainly I only have sugar in my oatmeal (because my honey is solid at the moment) and my creamer.

I do that too. I found that when I workout though I feel so much better and that's my incentive to keep doing it. I have one friend who actually schedules it in like an appointment that way your more apt to do it until it become habit.
