I love Chicken ceasar salads. They are my favorite. I could eat them for every meal for weeks.

What dressing do you use? All the caesar dressings I've found are pretty high cal.

I hate mornings!!! With a capital H! I swear I just want to run and hide when they come around. I sit my tush on the couch with M from 6:30-7:30 because I have to wake up to function. He's good about it though so that's good.

Walden Farms dressing that is 0 calories. I love it. It tastes like the real stuff and is creamy. I also use their Blue Cheese on other salads.

I am going to join you ladies! Last year, I lost 15 pounds and recently put 10 back on. I am so disappointed in myself and need to make serious changes again.

Current weight: 154 pounds
Goal weight: 130 pounds
