I am so excited! I weighed myself this morning and was 148.0 (down 6 pounds in the last 3 days)! I am sure it's water weight but it definitely helps with motivation when the scale changes so quickly! I haven't had time to
Exercise since Monday since DH is out of town. Hoping my goal will be achievable this time!

I know weigh in is tomorrow but I was anxious!
Goal : 115
Start ( January 1): 130
Today: 124!!
Haven't had diet cokes for 10 days! Drank sooo much water so I'm sure its water loss but I feel healthier and have more energy than before! My first time losing weight without a diet aid. I'm stoked!

I am lurking when I get a chance but I can't post at work and once I get home its all about homework and sports practices with the kids. I have been doing good but AF is looming and I am hungry today.

I went up this morning...147.6 I think? And I just made cookies for a friend who helped us move in our new couch. Ate 2, and realized tomorrow is weigh-in. Blah!

Hi. I would love to join in here. My starting weight was 170.8. I am down to 166.4 and my goal is 145. I still had 8 lbs. of baby weight to go, but gained 5 back over the holidays. So now it's time to really try. I am cutting back in general -- TBH, I was eating whatever I wanted whenever, so I am just trying to make healthier choices, cut out too many carbs, desserts, cheeses. And I am doing SOME sort of exercise 3x a week (30 Day Shred and Power Yoga).

So I am a diet soda and caffeine addict. I had deliberately cut down by cutting out artificial sweeteners. Then I caved over Christmas and allowed myself to drink them. Now that I am working out again I don't feel compelled to drink them and I have tons of energy so I don't miss them. I can have one as a treat without going hog wild.
