Re: The 25lb Challenge January thread

Streettchhhh......Well, 2012 is officially over! Sweet!

So far, this year I'm doing with my changing! I think I'm just gonna stop buying bread and crackers. My kids are gonna freak, but they'll get over it.

Not feeling like doing exercise today at all, but made myself do 20min on the bike with HIIT. It's nice out, so we are headed to the park. Maybe I'll get DH to do laps with me while the kids play!

Well I've slipped some lately with eating but also started lifting in addition to cardio so Saturday I was down to 128.4 which is only 8.4 lbs from pre preg weight/ high school weight. I still don't really fit into the pre preg jeans but my clothes are getting looser so that's nice. Happy new year y'all

Stayed at 137.4 today after eating my sushi last night! Miracle! Normally I gain 2 lbs from the rice and sodium.

Alright, I need to join you ladies. I keep making personal goals for myself and then falling off the wagon soon after. My biggest weakness is sugar and bread. I am definitely addicted to sugar, and I'm having such a hard time getting away from it. That's always how I slip up. DH and I just started P90x, and I'm so hoping I stay with it. I am SO sore from yesterday after day 1. Anyway, here are my stats:
(I am 5'4 for reference)
Starting weight:146
Goal weight: 120

Welcome!!! Sugar is hard for many. I finally got rid of sugars, breads, and cheese. It is not easy, but once you do, you do not miss it and you really start losing.

The first week without sugars or breads is the hardest. After that you won't really miss it.
