Well heck I'm up 1.8 lbs in the last two days. Thank the heavens this was the last party for awhile.

Hubby and I are having a date night in on Friday. Bangers and Mashed is on the menu so I must earn my dinner this week.

Back to the gym Monday bum knee or not.

I don't know if I can like beef jerky!! I have made some lean ground turkey meatballs. I can munch on those instead. Kimmie, how tall are you? I am at your starting weight IIRC of 147. My goal is 130. I'm about 5'5 1/2.

Yeah - I see it coming off much easier. I try to not add too much sodium these days to my sushi as that seems to cause the most issues.

Hubs makes goose jerky. It's real good.

I eat a lot of eggs. Also protein is a big key to losing.

Yea everyone!! Started AF yesterday and weighted in today. Sucks to have AF on the one official weigh in day of the week. Still I am down another 0.8lbs. Total loss since this started for me the day after christmas is almost 3lbs.

Tonight is my celebration dinner (if I can get everyone healthy enough) for my graduation from my Master's program. Just dinner out at a Mexican Restraunt. That I can do GF and within calorie range.

If my dd loses her soccer game today I will be able to run this afternoon. If she wins then the running will have to wait because she will have a championship game.

What the heck is bangers and mash? Youhave me stumped lol .

Well DD now started in on the sickenss last night. I am so exhausted.... swear I was up a gazillion times last night between the little one and my 2 sicko's . Looked up the symptons of the norovirus and I can say with no doubt that is what my son has. Today is the start of day 4 of vomiting , thank goodness the diarrhea stopped on day 2 the smell was enough to make u hurl. DD had 2 episodes last night but is feeling somwwhat better this morning ...thinking it maybe she has a lighter case since shes had the norovirus a few years ago .


Well even though I didn't get to workout last night I am still down another pound this morning to 182
