Thats kinda what I was thinkin I don't want to gain back all 5 lbs I"ve just lost lol but there's that part of me that just says f-it eat what you want its your day ! Instead of making a big ole calorie infused chocolate cake I made a low cal version hopefully it tastes good !

I just did a eat/drink what you want day and gained 3 lbs...LOL!

Me too! Too bad I havent found a good paleo ceasar dressing. I have a great zesty italian, and a great ranch, but nothing else yet. Maybe chicken marinated in italian dressing.

Walden Farms makes a calorie free ceasar dressing I use. I love it. Not sure if it would be paleo or not. It is great if you do not want calories but like creamy dressings.
