Just want to for everyone. I read but have nothing to post, my weight stays the same. I have been exercising everyday though so I am happy for that

Maintaing I believe is the hardest part of all if this. Try and trick your body to get it to move. I went a whole month without losing a lb. turned out I wasn't eating enough.

Well, I was down .2 pounds today! I'm now at 143.2! I've had a bunch of snacks today so hopefully I don't gain tomorrow. But, at least I have Zumba today which is always a great workout!

I ate too much all weekend. But I'm feeling good yesterday and today, I made a cleaning schedule and I'm getting things done Feels good just being up and active around the house, cause I am usually lazy and sit on the computer way too much!
