Well I cheated today. I had Mexican food. The devil!!!

I didn't eat as much as I normally do and I'm still planning on running tonight so hopefully that will help. Now I need to guzzle water the rest of the day. Ugh.

I second the break day! I took a break day on Sunday with delicious awful for me Chinese food. Then Monday I didn't feel well and my husband went out to sea so we ate like crap. Today I want salad and water again so bad it's not even funny!

I have been slacking off on working out. Big time. But I restarted sugar detox last Thursday so almost done with week 1 of 3 without sweeteners or grains. Not sure how I'll weigh in this week.

I caved and bough McD's tonight and almost puked the minute I was half down eating my chicken sandwich! I think it's gonna be a LONG time before I eat there again!!!!
Ran my mile HIIT tonight and feel a little bit better!

I am officially returning Insanity.
I simply cannot do it. My knees have been screaming and I just can't do the workouts.
I'm beyond frustrated. DH has no coordination so he's doing the russian dance all over the living room while I'm stuck in a tiny 3x3 area between 2 couches.
I was so fed up tonight I went into my room and just cried because I felt like a failure.
DH said we can return it and just do the Tae Bo, which I'm ok doing!

yep, that happens to me too - kind of a good reminder sometimes. Helps with that internal motivation!

fwiw, I weighed myself at 152.5 this morning! Tomorrow is my "official weigh in day tho (on another weightloss group I'm on), so we'll see what it says in a few hours! I better get to bed....
