Smelling like milk

I feel like I always smell like milk by the end of the day and by morning. I have no idea why. I'm not aware of any spilling, leaking, dripping, etc either during or after feeds. I don't think it's on my clothing. In the morning, I swear I can smell the milk while naked just before I get in the shower. Any idea why or what I can do to not smell like milk?

I always smell like milk. I do the whole time I breastfeed. DH calls me a honey pot as it smells like honey to him.

I didn't realize I did until after DD wasn't nursing as much. Then she got sick and nursed a lot again, and when my supply went back up I realized I smelled like milk

You could always take some fenugreek. Then you'd smell like pancakes instead

I always smell like milk, and so does DS.

Could just be from drooling (from the baby while feeding). Honestly, I've smelled like milk for nearly 5 years now (how long I've been nursing straight). Washing more frequently doesn't really matter, as I smell like milk right out of the shower.

Are you possibly leaking at night and your sheet smells like it? I have to wash my sheets often because my little one eats at night and my other side leaks and gets all over my bed.

Yep I smell like maple syrup from taking fenugreek. It's a little weird I guess, but I love the increased milk supply. No more fussy baby. My LO also got sick and cut back drastically on nursing and then when she got better there wasn't enough milk for her so fenugreek has been a lifesaver.
