No featured chicken this month. Too tired. Just gonna drop a photobomb on ya! The one older white pullet is the ee. If she poses, you can see the beird. She refused to pose for me though. Grace gaurding the new chick feeder, moved it! I think Booboo chicken's babe turned out to be a roo, my big littles.

Liz, look at how purdy the penciling is on little Dove. I have to keep the little sweetie! And because he's so hot, hehe, A pic of Ray! And some Christmas pics.

The one footprint in the snow is Solomon's. I know it's his because of the narley crooked toe, lol!

Hah! I spend so much time out there that Ray now complains! I love to sit and snuggle and chat with them, haha!

Hey all,

No one wants my roo's LOL! They are to small to slaughter too, wasteful I say.

Oh Liz, the heat lamp is not red. So I'm not sure what's up.

Going to go out today and disinfect and get them some new bedding. They are all looking fine, checked them over again for any health problems and see none. No idea, I got one egg yesterday, none today yet.

Fodie, it could be the roos, the cold, the moulting, or all of the above. I wouldn't stress too much hun. You've done great at ruling out other causes.

AFM: It's been one cruddy day. Been up since 2 am. Had a hatchling peeping like mad. It's been pouring all day. I dropped and broke 2 eggs again. Why do I not use the dang basket or egg carton? I never learn. Ray said he wasn't surprised and I was always odin something silly like that. What a sweet way to put it. Went to the il's for blackeyed peas, her tradition, and came home to my littles in the run freezing. Couldn't find their way back up. The weather was so bad I stuffed them all quickly into a 5 gal bucket and toted them up into the coop. Sounds mean, I know. Remember, I sink a cpl inches when it's that nasty out there and I didn't wanna drop them or fall. Then I couldn't get one br in the dang pen. AHHH! Ended up chasing her round the coop herding her with the rake into the one door. Er. They get so confused at night.

Oh, another HUGE double! Weight.............. 3.5 oz!
