Sorry Crystal!

The girls' playroom is actually our formal living room. We needed a usable room, so it works! It's right off of the kitchen, so I can cook and keep my eyes on them.

We have never got the flu shot... howw about you all?? Does it work??

I would say no. Blu got the flu shot and got the Flu. I am pretty sure Peyton got the Flu Shot she got the Flu. Tanner did not get the shot he did not get the Flu. I got the flu and so did dh and we did not get the shot. But I would have to say it was a very mild case of the flu if it was even really the flu bc I kept thinking I should be feeling much worse. I felt worse with my cold. But I did have body aches.

We always get the flu shot and we have never had it...knock on wood. My sister just got over the flu...she said it was horrible, she's never been sicker. Her husband and dd didn't get it...they had the flu shot, she didn't.
I think the flu shot helps prevent certain strains, but not all. So, if you are exposed to the strain of flu that the shot wasn't made for then you can definitely get it despite receiving the shot.

I think it helps, dh gets a flu shot every year because he works in healthcare, we all got it but dh got over it the fastest. It was horrible, I haven't been that sick in a long time, but I survived and I won't be in a crazy hurry to get one next year.
