Re: KAL ~ January 2013

I am not even adding a cord to the NB longies. I found it unnecessary when they couldn't move I like crochet cords too because they are less bulky, but I know most people would ask for Icords when I was knitting for others and I still could pull it through just fine.

My little guy is crawling everywhere so I think they would just fall off with out the icord lol, I may crochet it or size down my needles and do a 3 stitch cord ( I usually do 4 ). I saw a pair that I really liked with the 1x1 ribbing, but they didn't have an icord, I just really like the look of it and am planning to do it in the cuffs as well.

Re: KAL ~ January 2013

Yes for a crawler they are a must! I found with my toddler I still needed them too

So I took a quick picture of the hat/pants for everyone to see. I'm not sure about the bootie pattern so I'm going to try a different one and decide. This is Zen Strings superwash. I love how it turned out, I was having trouble with the sunlight and need a new whiteboard for more accurate colors

Re: KAL ~ January 2013

I am almost finished with one leg of these longies for the newb on the way. I'll have it done before bed. Hopefully I'll finish the other leg by bedtime tomorrow.
