hi,
so i left negative feedback because i hadn't heard back from a mama, and now she wrote me willing to fix the problem, so i'd like to change the feedback i left her. how do i do that? thanks ! (pm me please i don't know how to find a post once i've posted it)

You can click the little exclamation next to the feedback rating, it sends a report to the mod/admin team and you can list what you'd like the rating changed to & why
