Jen, I totally get that. I am having a bit of buyer's remorse with the recent furniture purchase. I totally forgot with the fiscal cliff stuff take home pay and taxes may change considerably. And it really would have been more prudent to pay off debt instead.

And I totally get the caregiver vs "real income" struggle. It's really hard.

Maybe once MH is in school full time it will be more manageable. I am trying to get DH to apply at POET here. It would be 12 hr shifts but I think only 3 a week. They have really good benefits and that is stressing me out. He should be getting paid in the next day or so but with the house in WY still not sold we could really use more income. Even with my current job
