The cramping returned and it hurts really badly. I took a test and got a very faint positive (like had to squint) but the cramping never stopped and eventually I started spotting, too. My back aches a lot now. I have just been laying around all day. I have cried a lot. I miscarried in October 2011 and I am pretty certain that it's happening again. I rushed to the E.R. last time but I was too early in the pregnancy and there was nothing they could do, and I don't want to go through that again. I will call my ob-gyn tomorrow and ask her if she wants me to come in for an ultrasound. But tonight I don't want to move.
