If you have successfully maintained your weight loss?
How did you do it? I have a viscous cycle of losing and gaining. I have dropped 20 lbs in the last 3 months, and I have 13 to go until goal. I am starting to think ahead to maintenance and I know I need to get a grasp on how to do it before O ER there or the cycle will start all over again. So mamas how do you do it?

Eat at maintenance. Avoid processed sugars, soda, sweets, fast food.

Exercise. I ran one race then set a goal for another. I've got short term and long term fitness goals.

Weights!! I personally do Les Mills BodyPump classes at my gym 3 times a week, but any type of weights to build lean muscle would work. That lean muscle is what will help you to eat a bit more without gaining weight because the muscle burns more calories. BodyPump 3 times a week plus cardio classes or jogging 3-4 times a week helped me lose 50+ lbs and keep it off! No crazy starvation diets!

I worry about this too. My problem in the past was that when I stopped "dieting" I just went buck wild with my eating. Instead of eating reasonably. I'm still 20 lbs away from my goal but plan to keep up the exercise this time around and keep eating clean.
