Crockpot Recipes

One of my dearest friends bought me a crockpot just after I had Nikolas. I am clueless though and do not want to use only Banquet crockpot meals, but I am Italian and unfortunately you cannot cook pasta in there. I need some good (tasty) recipes!

Here is my absolute favorite...
Chicken Soft Tacos
1 lb frozen chicken breast
1 pk dry taco seasoning
1 can diced tomatoes with green chilis
tortillas
lettuce
tomato
sour cream
(whatever taco toppings you like)

Place frozen chicken in crockpot. Mix diced tomatoes and taco seasoning in seperate bowl. Pour over chicken. Cook on low 8 hours.
Shred the chicken with a fork before serving with all your favorite taco toppings

I have a million more, I love cooking in my crockpot. I recommend the Fix It and Forget It cookbooks. You can get them at Walmart or Sams, and they have tons of different recipes that are really yummuy
