I voted maybe, but for me it would only be in cases like chronic illnesses, special needs children, etc.

Re: Rdif Chips?

I voted maybe too, I can see where it would be a good thing if you have some type of health condition, or special needs (like DD2, who has autism, though so far shows no inclination to wander). But for just a regular, healthy person like myself? No thanks!

Re: Rdif Chips?

Maybe - It could see it being useful for people with special needs. There is a registration program in some places for people with autism. The concern is if they come into contact with the police their lack of understanding could be seen as not co-operating and could be VERY dangerous. My DS so far seems like he will be able to function on an adult level when he grows but if for some reason he doesn't grasp subtle dangers like that when he is grown I could see it be incredibly useful. The only thing I worry about is it somehow labelling him and that being used in a negative way for employment or ?

Abso-freakin-lutely not. I'll wait for them to come for me and then they can throw me in jail after I refuse. It would be implanted under duress. Same thing with my kids.

Nope. Not me, not my children, and not my husband, either, if I had my way.

No way! Not for my kids, DH or I. They would have to do it against my will.

Also, that video is extremely creepy.
