S/O...if you have imagine snapless & GMD workhorse

Which do you prefer? I'm getting some. But don't know which. Part of me wants snaps and to go with GMD. But when I used them on DD1 the rise was always short and she had plumber's crack constantly. With Imagine I will be placing a large order..,so there's the bonus of free shipping and a coupon code if these diapers are very similar. Help! Which do you prefer?

I think the only real difference is that Imagines don't have a snap option, and they don't have a doubler like GMD. I wanted to go with Imagine, but no doubler is a deal breaker for me when the organics are the same price.

I thought the imagine doubler is just sewn in instead off a tounge thing attached, so shouldn't it be the same absorbency?

I am pretty sure that they just are the thickness of a prefold, so no doubler.

So does that mean that the gmd doubler is additional to the prefold thickness?

Nicki's Diapers website it says the fitted is 8 layers thick. The GMD workhorse is I layers plus a 4 layer attached dubler, equalling 12 layers.

ETA: The medium, large, and xl GMD workhorses have 8 layer attached doublers so they are actually 16 layers vs only 8 in Imagines.

I think the GMD workhorse is 8 layers plus an 8 layer doubler for size M and up. Size NB and S have a 6 layer doubler.

I'm loyal to GMD on this one. BUT I know what you mean about the sizing...they do run small. I'm considering these too, baby is about 13 lbs and I'm trying out the reds in snapless and snaps.
