Thanks, ladies! Sorry to hear that some of you are feeling fatigued and sick too. The nausea is better today, but I'm still a zombie. Thankfully the boys have been pretty chill. We even snuggled on the couch and watched some dinosaur train this morning. That helped so much as I could doze here and there.

The nausea is OK but the heartburn is awful. I do feel more tired, which is either pregnancy related or crazy kid related, not sure which....Anyone else getting cranky? I'm not a very nice person lately....

really they told you to add more meat? what morons, meat is protein not iron. the best source of iron are leafy green veggies. think spinach and broccoli and brussel sprouts. those type of veggies. kick those up a notch and that should help plus they're full of fiber so you shouldn't get clogged up either by eating more. hope that helps!

We always do green veggies, DH loves broccoli and I like all the others. It's at least a once a day serving, not that I couldn't increase that too though. Thanks for the reminder!
