Re: Yearbooks..Keep em or Toss em?

My parents kept many photo albums of me, so I tossed my yearbooks. If my kids want to see back then, we have plenty of photos. I'm working on digitizing the old photos so there won't be any of that clutter.

Re: Yearbooks..Keep em or Toss em?

I have one from high school and one from college. I also have one photo album from middle/high school and DH has one photo album but no yearbooks. I love to look through mine about once a year. I'm a physical person. I like pen and paper. Physical books instead of a kindle. I don't like looking at pics on the computer. It just doesn't feel the same to me.
I'd recommend picking your favorite 2 or 3 & tossing the rest. Or give them to your mom that way their still around, just not around your house, lol.

This one is killing me! I don't even keep in touch with anyone I went to school with... I keep trying to throw them out but I'm having the hardest time, they have made 4 international moves with me in the last 10years... I liked the idea of scanning the pages that are important to me, like maybe my class per each year... I will keep the senior one and maybe the one I worked on as a class in '95? I might mail the elementary school ones and maybe even the middle school ones back to the schools for like pp said, archives. I also have a huge mural type photograph of my graduating class, was thinking of sending it to the reunion committee... Might be fun for "flash back" decor or something?

This. I have one for every year k-12. They are in a box in our extra closet.

I'd keep them, they are treasured memories.

Re: Yearbooks..Keep em or Toss em?

I'm not the most sentimental person. I would pitch them in the trash. I have no desire to have pictures of the kids I went to school with. I can't even remember 90% of their names.
