A friend of mine who is pregnant just found out that her baby girl has a fatal neural tube defect I would like to send her a gift but I'm not sure what to send. Any ideas?

I have no idea, but it's awesome that she has a good friend who cares.

Went to the OB appt. last night. Probably didn't need dh to go with me . He just took my word for how bad my pain had gotten (no need for an exam he said). He told me that my endo is "complicated". Where I've had to have an ovary removed from where it grew into the outside of the uterus. So he's sending me over to another surgeon. He said this guy is really good. While my OB focuses on the OB side of things, it's another DR. in his clinic and he focuses on the GYN issues and specializes in the lap. surgeries. So I have a pre-op with him Feb. 6, and I"m going to try and schedual my surgery for right before spring break so I can have the whole week to recover. Anyway, so didn't actually get it schedualed I think they are going to try and schedual it today.

Some friends of mine sent me a pretty bracelet with Jack's name and birthdate on it after we lost him (he had Trisomy 13 and was born sleeping). Another friend sent me a cross necklace with his name on the back. My husbands co-workers got us beautiful windchimes with the Serenity Prayer on them and Everytime they play, I picture Baby Jack up in Heaven just dancing away. It's windy a lot where we live :-) His co-workers also got us a beautiful throw with Jesus and a little boy on it.

Maybe a stepping stone? Willow Tree figurine?

Where does she live? There is a foundation called The Zoe Foundation that has chapters in SC, GA, LA and I think Indiana that will help with expenses and support of losing a child up to the age if 2. They have a website and a Facebook page.

I'm so sorry she and her family are going through this. My thoughts are with them!

16, I usually O by day 14 or 15 and have 3 or so days of progressively darker opks before O, but my OPKs are still really light an no other fertile signs either.

16 isn't too late. You still have lots of time to O. FX you get some fertile days soon!
