Summer No-poo question

Do you change your no-poo routine in regards to swimming in chlorine or the ocean? I'm new to this and we're about to spend a week in Florida with pool and beach time daily, I always try to not get my hair wet when swimming but with a toddler it doesn't always work.

Great question!

I think I read about this somewhere, but can't exactly remember what. I might have involved putting conditioner in your hair prior to swimming. I don't know. I'm a newbie to no-poo as well...posting so I can't check a back when someone answers

I swim once a week with my son for his swim class. I usually try to put some coconut oil in my hair before getting in the pool then doing the normal baking soda/ acv rinse the next time I shower (either that night or in the morning)
