And he's not playing ipad. He wouldn't eat.

We've put a piece of wood on Shannon's bed to block the ladder and now Cami is playing on it up there....So Fynn cant attack her.

Re: Basically it's Tuesday

well her is the low down. JAcks school implemented a new policy monday saying parents can no longer walk kids to their class. One of the reasons i chose his school is because i could do this. Well today they told me i can't i politely told them that i was and i was told when i paid tuition that i could. I also told them i would be more than happy to sign in and out but i reserve my right to walk my child to his class whenever i like. Sister refused to look at me and discuss it with me. so i turned and walked my child to class. I did suggest we talk about it after i drop him off and when i walked back by to talk she was mia. Keep in mind she was a no show for the special ed meeting last week too. I'm a little huffed. I understand that they need to keep kids safe..however i think my signing in is a good compromise. silly yes but important to me

do they have enough staff available to have people being checked for signing in that time. If so then yes signing in should be fine. we too have changed policies and no one can go anywhere past the cafeteria in the morning but we dont have the office staff available to deal with a million parent signing in and out and handing out visitor passes in the morning. But all students gather in the cafeteria, eat breakfast then go to class with their teacher. That is not a change, we always gather as a school in the cafeteria because everyone is eligible for free breakfast.

No parents are allowed in school at all. Even the kids aren't allowed in school until the bell rings. They have to be there 10 minutes before school starts and wait in a little hallway that's surrounded by glass so it's nice and light in there. When the bell rings they have to go in. Not before.

If we need to see or speak to a teacher we have to arrange it by phone.

I get that. But i counted it as one of the perk of paying tuition kwim. I know he is old enough to walk in. But I like the teacher eye contact. That is what I want more than anythig
