I haven't used shorties but love the underwoolies. I've had natural & denim plus the Birch I have now. Birch is beautiful.

I rarely order from Sloomb direct mostly because I hate to pay shipping and that wait. I've only done it for exclusives (I had to have a Snow snapless). I usually buy from retailers. The small ones ship FAST. I that about smaller companies. Plus I adore helping the little guy.

Under woolies are great but not as "bullet proof" as the regular covers. Everyone complains about sloomb shipping but I always get my orders within a week at my door and she is in Texas (I am in MA). They do say they ship within 12 days during high volume times (wool arrivals from preorders or big sales) I have never waited that long.
I ordered an sbish cover, but wish I had another disana. fit is so much better. It feels nice, but no better.

I am currently waiting on shipping... didn't know they were slow until now. I ordered a week ago and not a peep about shipping. Not sure how long to wait before emailing to make sure they didn't lose my order. I got replacements last order very fast.

If I got underwoolies to use as covers under clothes, will I be disappointed?

I use interlock on Hudson during the day. If you are going to use a soaker at night its bulky under jammies, but can work. We use a soaker, but Holden is still co-sleeping so he doesn't need anything else. The UW are good for under clothes, but are not night worthy. LS shorties have been our best purchase. Both Sadie and I use pretty much only sbish if you have other questions we can help out too on the DDC on FB. You need basewoolies if you can get your hands on some. They would fit both girls great.
what do you do with basewoolies?

I bought one of each to try (2 uw- I was hopeful to use now as a cover and later cover undies) but didn't know what to do with those...

Re: Sbish wool

I have two boys so I don't have basewoolies although some people use them on boys. I prefer the longie/shortie look for boys. For girls I think they'd be awesome under dresses.

Oh yeah I'm not ordering from them now. My two stores I always buy from have everything I need. I have to wait for our tax refund though so hopefully it will all still be in stock!

so they must be like leggings... the diapered one I have is a boy... he doesn't need leggings. I was going for pants, shorts, and under pants covers. Fingers crossed on the underwoolies rise... I got L but his OBF are XL.

I ordered from them for the selection, discount (not all retailers were offering it- don't know why), and the free lano cube. Got trapped by freebies and I'm still waiting. I'm sure it will ship soon, but I was glad to have ordered from them when I needed an exchange. SO helpful-exceeded expectations.

Ohhh, thank you! I will do that. I always feel bad not buying from you but tax & shipping both make me sad, lol.

oh my goodness. I just got word that it will take sloomb 10 business days to ship my order. You weren't kidding about slow. I don't think its worth this for my free cube Lesson learned.

I thought they must have lost my order... everything else I bought that day is currently in use. Got to love fast shipping when you can get it!

Re: Sbish wool

They are my go to interlock. I adore them. I also adore the knit wool. Perhaps try one of each.
